Dr. Coldwater is a Board-certified Pediatrician with over 34 years of experience in the Austin pediatric community. She is Austin-born and has lived in the Austin area most of her life. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where she received a BA in Psychology. She attended The University of Texas Medical School in San Antonio and completed her Pediatric Residency at the Austin Pediatric Education Program. A few years ago, she moved out to the Texas Hill Country with her husband and enjoys living in the country.

Dr. Coldwater has a special interest in children with ADHD, autism, school and behavioral concerns. She has worked to learn how to manage children and teenagers with problems such as anxiety, depression, trauma, foster care, and other mental health issues. Dr. Coldwater is passionate about helping these children with their emotional health.

Dr. Coldwater loves working with children and their families, educating and empowering children and adolescents to stay healthy.

Dr. Coldwater’s other interests include crocheting, cooking and gardening. She is married to Martin Noel who is a Marriage and Family Therapist in Burnet, TX. She has two adult sons- one who is a geotech engineer in Wyoming and one who does beautiful art glass blowing in Austin. She has a step-daughter who is a science teacher in LA, and a step-son who is a photographer in Oregon. And we all have cats!
